To CANCEL an order before it ships, please email customerservice@girliegirloriginals.com and include your order number, along with an explanation of the item(s) you would like to cancel.  If the order has already shipped when the email is received, you will need to return the order for a refund.

RETURNS:

Returned items must be in original, unaltered, unworn, and unwashed condition.  

To start the return process, email customerservice@girliegirloriginals.com.  Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return, and we will provide you with a free return label.

Returns must be started within 14 days of the original order’s delivery date.

Once a return is received and processed, the refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
